Chris Fowler, a microfarmer who grows chile peppers in a polytunnel outside of Cardiff, Wales, is featured in my upcoming book, Microfarming for Profit: From Garden to Glory. He just sent this report on his entrepreneurial activities:
“I did my last harvest yesterday, which is the latest ever, so much for the climate change deniers, ha ha! In a week’s time I start germinating seeds, so plenty to write about. Here’s me at my market stall yesterday posing with hot stuff! A great day, came home with £354, just one market left and I can have a rest, ha ha!”
That’s an excellent day at the market for Chris and his hot sauces–$550 in U.S. funds! Go for it, Chris!
