It pains me to write this, but it is unavoidable: We are forced to postpone our 33rd annual National Fiery Foods & Barbecue Show. The new dates for the show are March 4-6. 2022 at Sandia Resort and Casino in Albuquerque. This is truly an Act of God but we have no choice: because of the pandemic, we are currently under a lockdown in New Mexico. Sandia Resort and Casino has been closed since March and we don’t have a re-opening date. All visitors to our state must be quarantined. Under these difficult circumstances everyone can see the impossibility of holding a show that was originally scheduled to begin less than three months from today. “Take the show online,” people have suggested. But how do you replicate tasting spicy foods virtually? You can’t. We will have links on FieryFoodsShow.com to exhibitors’ product ordering pages soon, but that’s all we can do for 2021. Our company will lose a considerable amount of money because of this, but we took out a large SBA loan, so we will survive. Thanks in advance for everyone’s understanding of our situation.
