Recently, Ben Woodbury of the Friends of the New Mexico History Museum organization, asked me if I would present a discussion about my latest book, Chile Peppers: A Global History, and some of the revelations in the book. Never one to turn down a media opportunity, I readily agreed. We decided to produce a Zoom Video in order to add some illustrations from the book. Ben was the host and the video was engineered produced by Chris Albert of the museum. Please keep in mind that Zoom videos and the equipment used to record them are not state-of-the-art and neither is the studio,” namely, my home office. That said, I think you’ll get a good introduction to what is in my new book. Click on the cover image, above, to buy the book. Enjoy!
