New Mexico House Okays Marijuana Legalization Legislation
Co-sponsor, Rep. Javier Martinez, said the bill is a ‘blow to drug cartels” and “regulates the cannabis market to promote safety,” neither of which is true. Drug cartels don’t give a crap about NM pot, and the bill has nothing to do with safety.
