The two servers above were part of the team of twenty restaurants at the ABQ Uptown mall during the Taste of ABQ event held August 1, 2015. I was part of the judging team that also included Patty Karlovitz of Local Flavor magazine and Stephanie Cameron of Edible Santa Fe magazine. It was a lot of fun and here are my favorite dishes that I tasted.
